Step 1: Choose Your Backing Package

Important: Once an artist is officially confirmed and the concert flyer is released, Founding Supporter pricing will end and standard event pricing may apply.

Founding Supporter Pricing
You are joining this campaign during the earliest phase of the FanFluence process.
Current backing packages are being offered at Founding Supporter pricing to reward early participation and help establish community demand.

As a Founding Supporter, You Will:


✅ Help determine which artist is pursued for booking consideration

✅ Lock in the lowest available pricing during the campaign period


✅ Gain early access before public event announcements


✅ Help demonstrate demand directly to artist representatives and booking teams

Step 2: Cast Your Vote

After selecting your backing package, you'll vote for the artist you want to see perform in Amarillo.
Live polling results are visible to everyone, allowing fans to see which artist currently has the strongest support from the community.
The artist receiving the highest level of support at the conclusion of the campaign will be selected for booking consideration.
Voting results update in real time, giving supporters full visibility into which artists are generating the most demand throughout the campaign.
As votes begin to come in and a clear favorite emerges, the voting selections will gradually narrow.

Step 3: Official Booking Process

The artists displayed on this page are NOT officially booked at this time.
FanFluence has established industry relationships and booking channels that allow us to pursue official artist negotiations once campaign milestones are achieved. The purpose of this campaign is to identify which artist has the strongest support from the community and demonstrate measurable market demand.
The leading artist will be selected for booking consideration at the conclusion of the campaign period or upon reaching the funding goal.

Once selected, official booking negotiations will be finalized based on artist availability, routing, scheduling, and contractual agreement.
If the campaign exceeds its funding goal, additional artists may be considered for inclusion in the final lineup.
Following the completion of the campaign, the official concert flyer, confirmed artist lineup, and final event date will be announced.
The event is anticipated to take place on a weekend during the month of October, subject to artist availability and finalized booking agreements.
